Heard Mr. B.C. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sarmah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State of Assam, as well as Mr. F.K.R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the informant.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the Investigating Officer has laid the charge-sheet being Charge-sheet No. 152/2023 dated 31.08.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 14.08.2023, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.
Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been laid as well as considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation and has complied with the directions of this Court, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him, by order dated 14.08.2023, is hereby made absolute.
With the above observation, this anticipatory bail application is hereby
