In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(Ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law.
The interim order, dated 12.04.2023 will continue till the aforesaid period of 10 days and on and from the 11th day, this interim order will automatically end.
This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
