In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(ten)

days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law.
Interim order passed earlier on 02.06.2023 shall continue till the appearance of the petitioner before the learned Court below within the specified period.
