Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 30.05.2023 the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the Investigating Officer.

On the other hand, Mr. D. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Namrup P.S. Case No. 38/2023 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has already been recorded.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.05.2023 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 2 and 3 attached to the said order remaining intact.

With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
