Let WP (C) No. 9235/2019 be tagged with WP (C) No. 2156/2022, which is pending disposal before this Court.
In WP (C) No. 9298/2019, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that consequent to the withdrawal of the departmental proceeding dated 22.04.2019 against the writ petitioner, no fresh proceeding has been initiated and therefore, the said writ petition may be disposed.
In regard to WP (C) No. 9369/2019, it is also submitted that no new departmental proceeding has been initiated against the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made above, WP (C) No. 9298/2019 and WP (C) No. 9369/2019 are disposed as withdrawn.
