Mr. G Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the brief had been taken away from him.

By this writ petition, a short notice sealed quotation No. DW.NIT.66/2015/42 dated 30.07.2015 of the Director of WPT & BC Department is assailed.
We have noticed that there is no interim order.
By the order dated 31.08.2022, we required the learned counsel for the Department as to what had ultimately happened with the short notice sealed quotation dated 30.07.2015.
Mr. R Dhar, learned counsel for the WPT & BC Department upon instruction makes a statement that the Department could not trace out the records of the sealed quotation dated 30.07.2015.
By the conduct of the parties, it appears that both the petitioner as well as the respondents have forgotten about the short notice sealed quotation dated 30.07.2015.
Therefore, we are of the view that no further adjudication is required in the present form.
Writ petition stands closed.
Liberty is granted to approach again, if so advised.
