beneficiaries in the year 2008-2009 but the entire amount was not paid to them. In the year 2008-2009, the amount of Rs.38,500/- was the allotted amount under the IAY Scheme. The said amount had been enhanced in the subsequent years to Rs.75,000/-. Accordingly, as the petitioners had not been paid the entire amount, they are now making a claim that they are entitled to be paid the enhanced amount of Rs.75,000/- per month.
Writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
