Heard Mr. H.R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. Mazumder, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. Mr. S.R. Baruah, learned Govt. Advocate for respondent No.4.

By this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.05.2022, issued by the Inspector of Schools, BDC, Bongaigaon, whereby, the petitioner is attached temporarily at Sidalsati Higher Secondary School with immediate effect until further orders on the ground that the said attachment order is in violation of the Office Memorandum dated 02.09.2011, issued by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Education (Secondary) Department. Further challenge in the present writ petition has also been made against the order dated 02.07.2022, issued by the Inspector of Schools, BDC, Bongaigaon, suspending the petitioner with immediate effect as per Assam Services (Disciplinary and Appeal) Rules, 1964.

Mr. H.R. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also made a representation on 25.07.2022 before the Director of Secondary Education, against his attachment order dated 27.05.2022 as well as

the suspension order dated 02.07.2022.

As the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.07.2022 is pending before the Director of Secondary Education, Assam/respondent No.2, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 25.07.2022, filed by the petitioner and thereafter, dispose of the same by a reasoned order and in accordance with law within a period of 1(one) month from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
