Mr. Uddin has further submitted that the petitioner will approach the appropriate forum for grant of relief as may be permitted by law and in such view of the matter, this writ petition may be closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum under the law.
Mr. K. Goswami, learned Senior Counsel and Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent nos. 1-7 and Ms. P.R. Mahanta, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department are present and have no objection to the submission made by Mr. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner.
