It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as by the respondents that effect from the impugned order dated 20.01.2018 is only for next 30 days from the date of issue of the order. As the impugned order was issued on 20.01.2018, the effect of this order lost it’s force with efflux of time. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
