of the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 5269/2022 and W.P.(C) No. 4364/2022 today, i.e. 01-
09-2022, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Mr. S.K. Talukdar, learned standing counsel, Cooperation Department, Assam has
also confirmed the said position.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
