A. Ganguly, learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 Punjab National Bank, who submits that the loan account has since been settled with the petitioner in terms of an OTS scheme and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
Ms. Adhikari has also submitted that the dispute has been amicably resolved and the loan account has been finally settled by the petitioner with the Bank. Therefore, she would have no objection if the writ petition is disposed of with the above observation.
Since the learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the loan account has already been settled, it is obvious that nothing further survives in this writ petition for adjudication by this Court. The writ petition is therefore, disposed of.
Interim order passed earlier shall stand vacated.
