Ms. N.N. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition and file the same afresh, after applying for a corrected certificate from the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Baksa, inasmuch as, the name of the petitioner’s father has been shown as Shri Kamaleswar Baro instead of Shri Kamaleswar Boro.
Mr. D. Borah, learned counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 5, while Ms. D. Borah, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 4.
The prayer of the petitioner’s counsel is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh.
