Mr. N. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition in order to pursue appropriate remedy as permitted by law.
Mr. S.M. Hasan, learned Standing Counsel, APDCL and Mr. J. Handique, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam are present and have no objection to the said submission.
In view of the above submission made by Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as permitted under the law.
