On the last occasion when the matter was listed on 03.01.2022, Shri T.N. Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner was granted some time to obtain instructions as the matter appears to have become infructuous. Today the learned counsel has submitted that he is yet to get in touch with the clients.
Be that as it may, after consideration of the subject matter, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to reagitate the matter if there is any live cause of action.
