Mr. S. P. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instruction not to press this writ petition any further. He, however, seeks liberty of this Court to approach the First Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act for redressal of his grievance. He also prays for liberty to re-file the writ petition, if his grievance remains unaddressed.
Mr. B. Deori, learned Government Advocate appears for the respondent does not objected to the prayer made.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
