In the connected writ petition notice of motion was issued on 13.10.2020 directing the applicants to take steps upon the respondents, however no steps were taken by the applicants.
Accordingly, this Court vide order dated 16.12.2020 dismissed the said writ petition.
Accordingly, this petition was filed for restoration of the writ petition. Notice in this present petition was issued on 19.01.2021.
None did appear for the applicants on 03.02.2022.
None appears for the applicants on call today also.
The writ petition pertains to a challenge of an order dated 26.08.2019 and another order dated 26.06.2020 whereby, the private respondents were transferred and posted as the District Horticulture Officer.
