Heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel appearing for the appellants. Also heard Ms. A. Das, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mrs. S. Roy, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 and Mr. R.J. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1.
The learned counsels are jointly submitted that this matter has settled between the parties and the insurance company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs.4,50,000/-. A document to that effect has been filed by the learned counsel for the insurance company and the same put on record.
Since the parties are settled the matter, the appeal stands disposed of.
The insurance company is directed to deposit Rs.4,50,000/- in the Registry of this Court within 30 days.
After deposit the said amount, the claimants/respondents are allowed to withdraw the same from the Registry of this Court on proper verification without any rider.
Return the LCR.
