This is an application for correction of the name of the petitioner in Crl.Petn.97(AP)/2019 wherein, the name of the petitioner is shown as ‘Tulum Korah’.
The applicant contend that the name of the petitioner came to be shown as ‘Tulum Korah’ because the petitioner had inadvertently written the name as ‘Tulum Korah’ instead of ‘Tutum Korah’ in the cause title of Crl.Petn.97(AP)/2019, when the same was filed before this Court. To substantiate the argument that the petitioner is ‘Tutum Korah’, a copy of the order dated 29.08.2019, passed by the Executive Magistrate, Lohit District, Tezu, in No. L1-84/20-19, has been annexed as Annexure-A to

the Interlocutory Application, wherein, he has been arrayed as respondent No. 1 therein.
