Heard Mr. T. Tagum, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. M. Kato, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party nos.1 and 2 and Ms. P. Pangu, learned Junior Govt. Advocate appearing for the remaining opposite parties.

By filing this interlocutory application, the applicants, who are the respondent nos.2, 4, 5 and 7 are praying for modification of the order dated 04.05.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) 370(AP)/2018, by which, opportunity to the said applicants for filing affidavit-in-opposition was refused.

The learned counsel for the applicants, by assigning reasons, has submitted that he would be filing affidavit-in-opposition in course of this week.

In that view of the matter, the Court is inclined to recall the order dated 04.05.2022 in the connected WP(C) 370(AP)/2018, in so far as it relates to denying opportunity to the applicants to file their affidavit-in-opposition.

The affidavit-in-opposition is permitted to be filed within the outer limit of 10 (ten) days from today.
