[10.] By relying upon the order of the Supreme Court order in Cognizance for extension of Limitation, IN RE, wherein, the first order for extension of limitation period was passed on 23.03.2020, whereby, the limitation period was extended w.e.f. 15.03.2020. Thereafter, the matter was taken up on several occasions and the details of which may not be necessary to be referred herein for brevity but for the last order which was passed in the said case i.e. on 10.01.2022, by which, the extension of the limitation period in all was from 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022. It was also directed that, in cases where limitation had expired during the period between 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022, the actual balance period of limitation remaining, all persons would have a limitation of 90 days from 01.03.2020. In the present case, it may be seen that after the Judgment and Order was passed by the writ Court on 18.12.2019, the appeal ordinarily should have been filed within the period of limitation of 30 days i.e. by 18.01.2020 but the same was not filed. The extension of limitation period ordered by the Supreme Court started from 15.03.2020 and by that time, the limitation period had already expired.
