Heard Shri M. Kato, learned counsel for the applicants, who have filed the present application for impleadment of the applicants as respondent Nos. 6 to 34 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C)/168(AP)/2022.
Shri M. Kato, learned counsel for the applicants, submits that the said respondents are interested parties and if any decisions are taken in the said writ petition, it would have an effect on them.
Shri M. Doji, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri D. Panging, learned counsel for the opposite parties (writ petitioners), and Shri T. Kebang, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri T. Jamoh, learned Standing Counsel for the Education Department, have not objected to the said prayer.
