It is submitted by the learned counsels for the parties that a Crl. Petition, being Crl. Petition No. 118/2022, preferred by the State of Arunachal Pradesh challenging the discharge order dated 13.05.2022, passed by the Sessions Judge, East Sessions Division, Tezu, Arunachal Pradesh, in I.A. (Crl.) 06(L)/2022, is presently pending before the Gauhati High Court, Naharlagun Bench, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
Under this circumstance, we deem it appropriate to defer the matter for eight weeks awaiting the decision of the Court in the aforesaid petition preferred by the State of Arunachal Pradesh.
Accordingly, the matter is adjourned for eight weeks.
