By way of this application, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as the director of M/s. Bittu Coal Traders, M/s. Maruti Fuels and M/s. Pahal Coal Limited, whereas the petitioner is a dormant Director of the M/s. Vaishno Devi Traders Pvt. Ltd. and has sought for modification of the order dated 30.03.2022, which has been mentioned in para 3 of the order.
Today the learned Addl. P.P., Assam has also submitted that in fact the petitioner is stated to be only the Director of only one of the company, namely M/s. Vaishno Devi Traders Pvt. Ltd.
In view of above, let the order dated 30.03.2022 be now read as: “the petitioner is one of the Directors of the M/s. Vaishno Devi Traders Pvt. Ltd”.
With the above modification of the order, the present application stands disposed of.
