Shri NJ Khataniar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 07.08.2019 passed by this Court in WP(C)/5615/2019 has been complied with and in this connection a speaking order dated 28.02.2022 has been complied with.
Shri A. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order appears to be complied with, however prays for a liberty to challenge the correctness of the said order.
In view of the aforesaid development, the contempt petition accordingly stands closed with liberty as prayed for.
A copy of the order dated 28.02.2022 is made a part of the records.
