subject to the fulfillment of the criteria for the post of driver. They submit that the contempt petition can be closed, as the order dated 25.01.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 6636/2019 has been complied with.
In view of the submission made by the counsels for the parties and on perusal of the SLC meeting minutes dated 03.09.2022, which is made a part of the record and marked as Annexure-X, the contempt petition stands closed.
