Heard Mr. B. Deka, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. J. Ghosh, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 and Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned CGC appearing for the opposite party nos. 2, 3 and 5. None appears on call for the opposite party no.4.
This interlocutory application has been filed for striking out the name of the applicant, who has been arrayed as respondent no.5 in the connected WP(C) 22/2022.
The learned counsel for the applicant has referred to the order dated 23.05.2007, issued by the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Govt. of India, whereby the assets, liabilities and management of Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi Regional Institute of Mental Health, Tezpur has been transferred from the Ministry of DoNER to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India.
The learned counsel for the opposite party no.1, who is the petitioner in the connected writ petition, has no objection.
Accordingly, the name of the applicant who is the respondent no.5 in the
