Petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 7584/2019. The said writ petitioner expired on 10.09.2020 leaving behind the Applicants herein as the legal representatives.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the right to sue survives even after the death of the petitioner. This Court upon perusal of the writ petition also is of the opinion that the right to sue survives and consequently the Applicants herein are substituted against the name of the petitioner in W.P.(C) No. 7584/2019.

The Registry is directed to make necessary change in the cause title of the W.P.(C) No. 7584/2019 on the basis of the instant order by inserting the names of the Applicants herein as Petitioners in the said writ petition.

Let the writ petition be listed after four weeks.
