Heard Mr. B Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. A R Tahbildar, learned counsel for the authorities under the Higher Education Department, Government of Assam and Mr. B P Borah, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 being the Governing Body of Pub-Kamrup College and the respondent no. 4 being Dr. Balendra Kr. Dev. Choudhury, being the Principal of Pub-Kamrup College, Baihata Chariali.
It is stated that the order passed by the respondent no. 4 has been assailed in WP(C)/175/2021 but the authority concerned had been arrayed by name by alleging malafide. It is stated that the respondent no. 4 being Dr. Balendra Kr. Dev. Choudhury had in the meantime retired from the post of Principal of the college, therefore, in order to maintain continuity in the writ petition for assailing the order impugned, the Principal of the College by post is a necessary party.
We are in agreement with the learned counsel for the applicant.
The Principal of Pub-Kamrup College, Baihata Chariali by designation is impleaded as

Registry to incorporate necessary corrections.
