Heard Ms. P. Barua, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner, who submits that this Court, vide order dated 04.03.2022 passed in WP(C) 992/2022, had inadvertently directed the DLC, Kaliabor & Kallong Division, Nagaon District to re-consider the applicant’s case for compassionate appointment against a Grade-III post in the next DLC meeting. However, the applicant/writ petitioner was to be considered against a Grade-IV post. She accordingly prays that the mistake may be corrected

2. Mr. J.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the State respondents submits that he has got no objection to the prayer made by the applicant’s counsel.

3. On perusing the order dated 04.03.2022 passed in WP(C) 992/2022, this Court finds that mistake has been committed.

Accordingly, the word “Grade-III” which is reflected in the last sentence of paragraph-6 of the order dated 04.03.2022 passed in WP(C) 992/2022 should be converted to and read as “Grade-IV”.

4. The interlocutory application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
