The present application has been filed by the applicant for extension of time to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Darrang in terms of the order dated 03.12.2021 passed in WP(C) No.2194/2021.
It is submitted at the Bar that the applicant has already appeared before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Darrang in terms of the order dated 03.12.2021.
In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Interlocutory Application.
