Heard Mr. M. Haloi, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of applicant CBI and also heard Mr. R. J. Das, learned counsel for the opposite party.
This interlocutory application has been preferred by the applicant for early hearing of WP (Crl.) No. 6/2018. Mr. Haloi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the WP (Crl.) No. 6/2018 stay has been granted by this Court and that the matter is pending for last two years and therefore, it is contended to list the WP (Crl.) No. 6/2018 for hearing at an early date.
The prayer so made by the applicant is not opposed by the learned counsel for the opposite parties and accordingly, this IA stands disposed of by directing the Registry to list the WP (Crl.) No. 6/2018 on 29.11.2022.
In terms of the above, this IA stands disposed of.
