Heard Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the applicant.

In the office note dated 18.04.2022, it is seen that service report has been served on respondent Nos. 2,3,4,5,6,7, & 9.

Mr. A.J. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 8 is present.

It may be deemed that notice to the respondents is completed.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 25 days. The reasons for the delay have been explained in paraNos. 4-8 of the application which is mainly due tofact that the copy of judgment from the court was received after 35 days and time was also taken accordingly for obtaining opinion from the Gauhati, Regional Office.

No objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 8.

In view of the above, the court finds it fit to condone the delay of 25 days and I.A.(Civil) No. 2452 of 2019 accordingly stands disposed of.

The connected MFA may just be registered and admitted and may be listed for admission after 4 (four) weeks.

The name of Mr. A.J. Sarma and Mr. S.K. Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 8may be reflected accordingly.
