Heard Mr. K. M. Haloi, the learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. U. B. Sarma, the learned counsel for the respondents.

This is an application under Order XXII Rule 3 of the CPC for substitution of the legal representatives of the sole appellant in the connected second appeal.

This Court in I.A.(C) No.2167/2022 has already condoned the delay in filing the application for substitution of the legal representatives of the sole appellant in the connected second appeal.

Taking into account that the right of the applicants herein who have a right to pursue the connected appeal, this Court substitutes the names of the applicants against the appellant.

Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the records by incorporating the names of the applicants by substituting the name of the appellant.

In view of the above, the I.A. stands allowed.
