2. The present application has been filed for extension of time for appearing before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Sonitpur. It has been submitted that since the applicant's husband was away from home, she could not make necessary arrangement for production of the surety bond before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Sonitpur and because of that

she was not able to appear before the S.P.(Border) within 15 days as permitted by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2021 in WP(C) No.6509/2021. But now the applicant is ready to comply the direction of this Court passed on 08.12.2021 and accordingly, prayed that she
may be granted another 15 days' time to do the needful in terms of the aforesaid order.
3. Accordingly, the applicant is granted further 15 days time to appear before the Superintendent of Police (Border), Sonitpur to do the needful in terms of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in WP(C) No.6509/2021.
4. I.A. stands disposed of.
