Heard Mr. A. Lal, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. P. Borthakur, learned counsel for respondents No. 3 & 5.

This is an application seeking correction of the name of applicant No. 3 in the connected interlocutory application being IA(c)1199/2022, contending that in the said IA(c)1199/2022 as well as in the connected appeal being MAC.A. 478/2019; the applicant/ appellant No. 3 was inadvertently named as Afrun Begum instead of Afrun Ahmed.

In support of the aforesaid contention, the applicants have annexed along with this application, the birth certificate, dated 30.09.2009, issued by the Registrar, Birth & Death Buragohain Than P.H.C., Nagoan, Assam, and the Reinvestment Plan Certificate, dated 28.06.2018, issued by the Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Bhangagarh Branch, Guwahati, in the name of Ms. Afrun Ahmed, annexed as Annexures No. 2 & 3, respectively, in this application.

In view of the above, in this Court’s order, dated 26.05.2022, passed in IA(c)1199/2022; the name of applicant No. 3 in the Cause Title of the IA(c)1199/2022 as well as MAC.A. 478/2019, shall be read as Afrun Ahmed instead of Afrun Begum.

This order shall form a part of the record of IA(c)1199/2022 as well as the connected appeal being MAC.A. 478/2019 henceforth.
