The present application has been filed for impleading the Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC) as respondent No.5 in the connected WP(C) No.1810/2020 in terms of the order passed by this Court on 23.08.2021 whereby this Court held that the said Corporation is a necessary party for proper adjudication of the matter.

3. In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed.

4. Let Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (AIIDC) be added as respondent No.5 in the said writ petition.
