Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. M. Saikia, learned counsel for the opposite party/Insurance Company.
This is an application praying for allowing the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the opposite party /Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court, in terms of the order dated 24.11.2021 in IA (C) No. 1984/2021.
Prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants has not been objected to by Ms. Saikia, learned counsel for the opposite party/Insurance Company.
Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this application is allowed.
The applicants/claimants shall be allowed to withdraw the deposited amount in terms of the order dated 24.11.2021 passed in IA (C) No. 1984/2021, on being properly identified by the engaged counsel and by following the due process of identification as notified by the Registry of this Court, from time to time.
The interlocutory application stands allowed and accordingly stands disposed of.
