This is an interlocutory application filed by the applicants/ claimants praying for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the opposite party/Insurance Company in terms of the Court’s order, dated 06.04.2022 passed in IA(c)3610/2018, from the Registry of this Court which amount is stated to have been deposited by the Opposite Party/Insurance Company.

The prayer as made by the applicants/claimants in this application, has not been objected to by Mr. Paul, learned counsel for the opposite party/Insurance Company.

Upon hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties; it is hereby directed that the applicants/claimants shall be at liberty to withdraw the deposited amount, in question, which is stated to have been deposited by the Opposite Party/Insurance Company in terms of the Court’s order, dated 06.04.2022 passed in IA(c)3610/2018, on being properly identified by the engaged counsel and by following the due process of identification as notified by the Registry of this Court, from time to time.

The interlocutory application stands allowed and accordingly stands disposed of.
