Heard Mr. B. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Chetri, learned counsel for the respondent no.8 and Mr. R. Borpujari, learned Standing Counsel, Finance Department.

The present application has been filed for substituting the legal heirs of the review petitioner late Bijoy Shankar Thakur.

The review petitioner, namely, Bijoy Shankar Thakur, who filed the connected review petition, died during pendency of the review petition leaving behind the present applicants, namely, (i) Smti Kamala Devi (wife of late Bijoy Shankar Thakur), (ii) Sri Akash Kumar, (iii) Sri Prakash Kumar and (iv) Sri Bikash Kumar (ii to iv are the sons of late Bijoy Shankar Thakur) and the present applicants wish to pursue the relief claimed by the review petitioner.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed.

Registry to make necessary corrections in the cause-title of the connected review petition.
