Heard Mr. S. Bothakur learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. Gogoi, learned CGC and Ms. S. Todi learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 , 3 and 4 who submits that while making submission on 19.4.2020 it was inadvertently submitted that service of the petitioner is governed by National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd.(NTPC) However organization is NHPC.

Mr. Borthakur submits that he needs to withdraw this application for impleadment of NTPC, as the entire application has been structured treating NTPC to be a necessary party, on the basis of the submission of the counsel for NEEPCO .

In that view of the matter, this application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicants/petitioners are permitted to file necessary application for impleading NHPC as party respondent No. 5.
