Heard Mr. S.C. Biswas, learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and Mr. K.K. Dey, learned counsel for all the opposite parties.

The interlocutory application has been preferred by the applicant, who is the writ petitioner in the connected writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 2501/2021, seeking impleadment of the following party :-

“M/s Pioneer Associates

Represented by its Managing Partner, House no. 16, By-Lane no. 4, Lakhiminagar, Behind Old Punjab National Bank, RGB Road, Nursery Bus Stand, Guwahati – 781005.”

as a party-respondent no. 7 on the ground that the applicant-petitioner has been terminated by virtue of a Termination Notice dated 01.07.2021 by the proposed partyrespondent no. 7 informing the applicant-petitioner that he was engaged by the proposed party-respondent no. 7 as an outsourcing agency and not by any authorities of the respondent State Bank of India.

Mr. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has not objected to the prayer of such impleadment.

Having gone through the averments made in the instant interlocutory application and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the interlocutory application seeking impleadment of the proposed party-respondent no. 7, the details of which have already quoted above, stands allowed.

Office to make necessary correction in the cause-title for impleadment of the newly impleaded party-respondent no. 7.
