Heard Mr. I. Hussain, the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for substitute of the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner No. 1 namely, Manik Uddin Ahmed @ Manik Uddin.

The connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 3081/2014 was filed amongst other challenging the eviction notices dated 04.06.2014. As the right to sue survives to the legal heirs of the writ petitioner No. 1, this substitution petition is allowed.

This interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
