Heard Mr. M.H. Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant.
By the order dated 06.04.2022, it was directed that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps for impleadment of the new incumbent as the party respondent.
By this application the applicant is seeking impleadment of Sri. Bikram Kairi, Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam, as the party respondent No. 4 in the Contempt Petition No. 492/2019.
The application for impleadment is allowed.
The Registry shall take necessary steps in the Cause Title of the Contemnt Petition No. 492/2019 for impleadment of Sri. Bikram Kairi, Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam, as opposite party respondent No. 4 in the Contempt Petition.
With this observation, the I.A. (Civil) No. 1195/2022 is disposed of.
