This is an application praying for condonation of delay of 232 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2011 passed by the learned MACT, Mokokchung in MAC Case No. 12/2019.

Mr. Laknyei Phom, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 fairly submits that he has no objection if the delay is condoned.

I have perused the causes shown in filing the connected appeal at a belated stage. According to this Court, the reasons are sufficient to condone the delay.
