The petitioner has filed an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with Biswanath P.S. Case No. 167/2021, registered under Section 120(B)/420/406 IPC.

It is submitted that the learned counsel for the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Kumar Sahu is behind from the Bar since 26.10.2022. He is not even named in the FIR.
Learned Addl. P.P. has submitted the charge-sheet no. 75/2022 dated 31.05.2022 has been laid against the accused-petitioner. The car was hired on 20.10.2022. Out of 4 days, rent for 2 days rent was paid in advance and remaining amount is pending. The miscreants tried to sell the car.
I have considered the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and investigation is complete. Considering all aspects, the petitioner is enlarged on bail of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM, Biswanath Chariali.
