Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, represents the State. Case diary produced has been perused including the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of Cr.PC. On perusal of the such statement, it appears to this Court that the petitioner has thoroughly implicated by the victim with the commission of the alleged offences and more than manner in which the offences alleged committed upon her.
Considering the materials in the case diary, therefore, this is not found to be a fit case for grant of the privilege of pre-arrest bail and accordingly, the prayer stands rejected .
