The petitioners were granted interim bail in connection with Murajhar P.S. Case No. 213/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1578/2022 under Sections 120(B)/384/506/420/166(A)/34 of the IPC.
Heard Mr. K.K. Parashar, learned Addl. P.P. for the State of Assam.
It is submitted that Final Report has been submitted against the petitioners, as no case was made out against them. As Final Report has been submitted, this petition has become infructuous.
Final Report is F.R. No. 93/2022 dated 24.09.2022.
The interim order stands vacated.
