ORDER
Date : 15.03.2022.
Heard Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
Mr. Sarma submits that in this case charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No. 70/2022, dated 31.01.2022 in connection with North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 31/2022.
In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail. Till the date of appearance of the petitioners in the court below, the interim protection shall be extended.
With the aforesaid observation, the present bail application stands closed.
