Heard Shri BD Das, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Shri D Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant, namely, Smti. Mina Talukdar, who has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of the Cr.PC praying for pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagiroad PS Case No. 248/2022 under Sections 420/468 of the IPC.
Shri Das, learned Senior Counsel submits that this Court while calling for the

Case Diary, vide order dated 30.06.2022 had granted interim protection to the applicant.
Shri KK Parasar, learned Addl. PP, Assam, however, submits that the investigation is complete and the charge sheet has been filed in the meantime, being CS No.248/2022, dated 29.07.2022.
In view of the aforesaid fact, Shri Das, learned Senior Counsel submits that the applicant will appear before the learned Court below and seek regular bail.
Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of by giving liberty to the applicant to make such appearance within a period of 10 days from today. Till such time of appearance, the interim order passed on 30.06.2022 shall continue to operate and on filing the application for regular bail, the learned Magistrate shall consider the same on its own merits.
The bail application stands disposed of.
